A delightful neighborhood up in the hills of Arlington Heights and near both McLennan Park and the Arlington Reservoir.

At the very top is Mount Gilboa, known by that name since Colonial times with the surrounding land and house on the property owned by the Arlington Conservation Commission.

The neighborhood district is called Crescent Hill. There is an interesting mix of architectural styles including vernacular Victorian, and Colonial Revival and bungalow (did you know: “A bungalow is a type of single-story house that originated in India. The word derives from the Gujarati baṅgalo, which in turn derives from the Hindi baṅglā”?).

This neighborhood has a WalkScore of 75 out of 100.
